"Al vele jaren komen wij in Italië. Diverse accommodaties verbleven, maar dit is echt een uitschieter. Alles klopte tot in detail. De foto's komen niet eens tot hun recht. De eigenaar al gezegd dat het geen 10 maar een 11 waard is! Alles was perfect, iederecdag weer, zo schoon en mooi alsof het net geopend was. "Our stay at La Roccia equaled our expectations! From the minute we walked in and met Arianna and Gabriella, we felt welcomed and were treated like family. The rooms are lovely, clean, and each one faces the beautiful waters that define Castro Marina. It was lovely being there just as the summer season is ending - there was plenty of room to enjoy the terraced patios with access to swimming and lazy afternoons in the sun. The restaurant is outstanding; we ate dinner there twice and enjoyed not only the outstanding array of menu items, but also the impeccable service of Lorenzo and Vanessa. We highly recommend La Roccia."

"Lovely hotel and spotless everywhere. No guest access to spa is disappointing and a reduced access price would have seemed sensible The spa is beautiful and one of the best I have ever used! Unfortunately closed every Thursday just when I wanted to have a massage. Strange day to close! Location is a little outside of the city to walk but I had a car. Gallipoli old town is great with lots of life in the evenings and great choice of restaurants"
