"I only had a one night stay but a nice experience. The property is cool and has everything you need. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Just one thing to note you will need to rely on grabs or ground transportation to leave and come back to the hotel but I believe that is typical for the area. Overall a lovely stay!"

"My wife and I arrived at about 3.30pm to check in. There was no concierge to greet their guests and assist with their luggage. There was no one there to greet guests offering welcome drinks, towels etc. we found our way to another room where there was 2 bottles of water sitting in a bucket of melted ice water which was warm, there was only one clean glass to serve yourself.
