Hotel Spa di Alcala de Henares

"Was fine. Well played out room. Lights in the room are difficult to control. The courtyard view is a blank concrete wall 2 m from your room for most of the rooms. Breakfast is 25 E. Beds were very comfortable. Never used the spa or the pool."

"Despite a hiccup of not having a twin room the staff was very attentive and provided an extra bed"

"Hotel muy acogedor, tranquilo perfecto para mí familia. Teníamos dos habitaciones comunicadas ya que íbamos con dos niños. El desayuno muy completo."

"Great hotel and staff service are very helpful. Clean rooms"

"Excelente y más. Ahora también tienen para cargar el vehículo eléctrico en el parking. Sin duda volveremos."

"Because the room we booked was for 3 people, but the one they gave us was set up for 2, and they added an extra bed in a very small space. Additionally, there was a very bad smell in the bathroom, likely from the plumbing, and the blankets and pillows were dirty."

"We stay here often because of the excellent service."
