Bel appart mais points à revoir

Très bel appart bien équipe mais le linge de lit est vieux. La couette était toute boulochee et pas douce au contact. Odeur de canalisation très forte qui sent jusque dans le reste de l’appart. On entend tout ce que fond les voisins (aspi a 7h du mat !! Parquet qui craque qd il marche..) Porte sdb coulissante mais bruyante (la nuit réveille les autres occupants dz l’appart)
