The smoke dectector in my room was missing from the cealing. As many times as I complained it was not resolved. Even though the condition of the property was poor overall, the staff were nice. I think they need to hire more staff to serve the clients more efficiently. It looks like they only have 2 staff for house keeping and there is no way 2 individuals can effectively clean all the rooms. "

"I took my 16 year old and his 3 friends. They had fun in the pool area and we went to Dave and Busters for dinner, which was right across the parking lot. It was a fun time. "

I had 3 towels and two wash cloths that were just thrown on the bathroom sink. The drawers wouldn’t stay closed and there was a 200$ hold on my account that I wasn’t notified until I checked in which was very inconvenient. And the ice machine did not work."

"Key card had to be reset 4 times in a 2 day period requiring trips with my luggage from the 3rd floor to the main floor each time. thermostat won't work so spent the first night getting up to turn it on for an hour to heat up the room and then off because it got to hot. 1 set of towels for a 2 day stay. "
