"Had a great stay at Econo Lodge. It was an impromptu weekend trip and we just needed somewhere to stay for two nights. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and well presented. The maid replaced our towels, even though we never put the 'please make up our room' tag. "Apartment was very clean on entry and it smelt nice too. Only gave a rating of 3 for clealiness due to no duvet covers being placed on the inners and were topped with white sheets only which i found very unhygenic so washed and dried them before using.
Also fire alarm went off at 5am and we evacuated and didnt get back in until 535am. Other residents said it also happens 2 days prior at 6am and others have written about smoke alarms going off at 1am. the reason given was spiders or geckos must...

"Staff support terrible communication. Website said one thing but staff say another. I seek clarification and told oh yeah that's not updated. Our hrs menus etc changed.
