"Hotel Ballaro is gorgeous; walking up the grand staircase into the hotel area almost feels like you could be a background character in Romeo and Juliet. Unfortunately, our room wasn't ready on our arrival, despite having sent our flight information ahead of time, and we were missed receiving the instructions on how to actually enter the building once we found it, but once that was sorted out, we had a lovely stay."

"Giada est aux petits soins avec ses hôtes, difficile de faire mieux. Hôtel magnifique avec de très grandes et belles chambres, bien équipées. Très agréable. Très belle maison / jardin. Emplacement juste parfait pour être pile au centre de la vieille ville de Palerme. Toujours de supers conseils ! Attention tout de fois au stationnement, un service de garage partenaire est disponible mais préférez les Fiat 500 aux gros SUV pour les ruelles très étroites de la vieille ville. "

Receptionist called our room after we had unpacked and asked if we’d like her to book the 04:00 taxi. Done. Needed an extra key as I was not touring one day. Done. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ambrosia-Timeless Hosting. This warm boutique is so creatively renovated, adding modern amenities while maintaining the classic old-world charm. Quiet, well appointed rooms in an ideal location to explore the vibrant areas of Palermo. Maria welcomed us with delicious lattes and local pastries upon our arrival. "El personal muy cordial en todo, nos ayududaron con algunas dudas y todas las mañanas nos llevaron cafe. El hotel muy bonito todos los detalles son lindos, las habitaciones muy comodas y no se escucha nada las que dan a la calle. "Perfect for my requirements as I spend very little time at the accommodation. It had a bed, shower and a little kitchen so I could make a snack and coffee. Hosts were excellent in both communication and welcome. As far as location goes, it couldn’t be better. Right in the centre of Historic Palermo without it. Wing complicated to find or get to. Everything if interest literally 5 to 10 minutes away. Exceptional value. If this was my property, I’d be charging double! "
