Great stay

Great stay - the unit was spacious and comfortable. Nice to have cooking facilities. Only a short walk into town and down to the wharf/ship. A few chocolates was a nice touch.

Really great location, walking distance to all the awesome shops, restaurants and pubs in Albany....just the best location really. The communication was great too, we had an issue with the bed sheets having stains and dirt on them and the manager had someone around in 30 minutes to give us clean bedding. The apartment is a little tired but honestly the compromise is the location and its not an expensive place to stay so really you get what you pay for.

Great location and had everything we needed for our stay in Albany. Walking distance to the main strip and many of the local sights and able to park our car right out the front. Very cosy too as we were there in June so had a bit of rain & cold weather but very comfortable in the apartment. We were in apartment 1. Loved the window shutters and the privacy they offer but also enjoyed watching the world pass by the windows when we weren’t out and about. Only issue to mention would be the noise of the buses regularly coming down Collie St to the terminus on Peels Place - I thought it was garbage trucks as they started quite early. Not an issue for us but might disturb others so just a warning related to Apt 1 as there is a window permanently open over the door.

Our Apartment 3 was really spacious,comfortable and was very accessable.The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook with.A lovely touch of fresh grounded coffee and chocolate were left as a nice touch. The queen bed was super comfortable with good quality linen and towels.There was also a single bed available.The bathroom was huge and catered for anyone with disabilities. The lounge was comfortable,board games and dvd's available. There was access to a laundry with washer and dryer. Overall id stay there again as it was a 3 min walk to the main street and water front with many resturants and coffee shops to choose.

There must have been some water damage in the room. A dehumidifier was setup and running when I arrived. A bit smelly. Otherwise a nice room. Third stay at this property and will stay again.

Overall a good experience. It was bigger than expected. Cleanliness of the property can be improved, it has a weird smell and we had to open doors and remove the oil scent. The toilet smell was not great, we ended up cleaning it, wish the window can be opened to remove odour. Not sure will return.

Best MG hotel

It’s a palace. Big balcony, big rooms and toilet. Huge kitchen and enormous living room with a giant TV. Spent most of my time in this palace, and so close to Coles. Bought food to cook which is an3 mins walk. Double door security as well. Really worth the price. Furnishings are new with contemporary decor. All self sufficient. I’ve stayed in many MG hotels and by far this is the best. Totally enjoyed my start.

Nice and central.

Great location. Very central to town. Down side is the room couldnt be properly darkened. Sleep was uncomfortable for me.Tapware old and tarnished. De humidifier emptied twice. Curious why ? Never been to Accomodation that has a de humidifier. Otherwise, well appointed. Would recommended to others.

Good kitchen and laundry facilities, location was great, not on the main strip but walking distance to a lot of dining options and the farmers market. The bathroom fittings, cabinet and tiles need to be replaced, they’re rusty and mouldy. Toilet roll holder was literally falling off from the wall and the toilet sink was blocked. Carpet was dirty. Tried to contact the hotel a few times about payment and extra shower gel but never received a response. Overall terrible experience and wouldn’t stay again.
