Good hotel. It's located not far from the fortress which is the town center. The room was good size, clean and quiet. Parking in front of the hotel. The staff were a bit edgy, didn't let us in earlier even thought the room was ready as it turned out.

Good place to stay when visiting Alba Iulia

Everything was wonderful good location, convenient parking, clean, and very spadeful. the only things that need improvement are the carpets and the mattress which was leaning and not straight I did complain and seems they were aware of that. I hope they will replace them with new one.

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night as we were passing through. The staff of this hotel were nice, and the check-in and check-out experience was good, but they are not in the hotel during night. You have to use a code to enter the hotel after 22:00 or 23:00, I forgot the exact time. The rooms were not that spacious, but it worked for me. There is an air conditioning system, and the amenities were fine. I had my room on the road side, which was a bit noisy due to traffic. I closed the screen, which helped a bit but it was still noisy. Breakfast was ok. Alba Lulia is a nice place. You can visit the local Orthodox church in the old Roman fort that was used during King Ferdinand's coronation, and was also used when unifying Romania back in 1918. You can also visit Rapa Rosie (nice nature area) and Corvin Castle in the area.

Nice long weekend in Alba Iulia

Good, clean room with working AC (which was very relevant with 35C outside). Nicely located as well. Breakfast somewhat basic but fine. Would be happy to stay here again some time.

Top: Everything was clean, super close to Castle. Negativ: Very hot in the room, AC didn’t cool the room down, mattresses were hard and not very comfortable in general, mattress of the extra bed was in really bad condition. Its also very loud due too location on a street. Breakfast ok, but quite simple. I really don’t want to mess up the rating but for me it’s definitely not a 4 Star Hotel. We stayed in other 4 star hotels in Romania and they were great.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Gut gelegen für den Besuch der beeindruckenden Festung. Zimmer zweckmässig, Frühstück ausreichend und auch dort, sehr herzliche Gastgeberin. Die Zimmerbeschreibung „stadtblick“ ist bei einem Parterrezimmer erklärungsbedürftig, auch dass man 10cm als Balkon bezeichnet…ok keine Tragödie bei einer Nacht

I have stayed at this Hotel Ave Alba for 9 days and I was extremely happy. It was incredible and very affordable. I have stayed in very many places around the world but I can say this place was one of the BEST. Delicious Breakfeast , absolutely spotless and equipped with everything we use at home including a small fridge. Extremely organized . The owners and everyone who works here are super polite , they go out of their way to help you and they make you feel like home. Thank you so much Alina, Monica, Mariana and Ionela, for making my stay at this Hotel super pleasant. I will definitely be back🙏❤️

Well-appointed rooms and large bathrooms with rainforest shower, overall very pleasant. Nice staff. Only complaint is inefficient A/C: it eventually got cool, but only in the evening after a very long time.

A brilliant place to stay when visiting Alba Iulia

This hotel is extremely well situated, within walk distance to one of the main entrances into Alba-Carolina Citadel. There is a parking place with CCTV surveillance on the premises. The room we've got was luxurious, especially the bed (with a super comfortable mattress) and the bathroom (with fluffy, well-smelling towels, water-pressure showers, hair-dryer). The room had a large TV, a small fridge with affordable mini-bar prices and even a safe. Also, multiple outlets to charge many electronics at once - very important and usually missing in other places. The breakfast was fantastic, the personnel as well; we even shared a bottle of wine with the manager (his buy). The only minus was the morning noise from the other rooms (both from guests and from the cleaning maids). I suppose the walls are not so well sound-proofed. All in all, a place we highly recommend and will surely return to, for even more nights to spend in Alba Iulia. Thank you guys, for being such nice hosts!

A little Haven

This place feels like a home away from home. It is clean, towels smells good, fluffy pillows, helpful and friendly receptionist and can speak english is a plus. I highly recommend this place.
