They helped us for example with trustfull airport transfer, several new places and recommendations, baggage reservations, shopping areas etc. They had even cooler back for our trips. On Sunday, Serat got seasickness pills by their own vehicle for our boat trip. They are here just for their Customers. First time here and surely not the last one. Recommendations"

Kleopatra Blue Hawaii Hotel

4/10 Poor

"Staff: when we arrived we was greeted by a local, unable to identify if person is staff or just a local. We got checked in, no advice how to get to room nor information about pool, wifi, and breakfast to which we paid for. Next morning we figured it all out. We also wasnt able to use the only pool, as it went under treatment and lasted entire holiday. Few days later wrote a feedback to expedia and staff locked us out from our room by deactivating key card so we are forced to speak with them about my feedback. Anyway had a long conversation and was to feel guilty apparently its all our faulty for not knowing anything. Also room have a safe keybox however there is a fee for this but expedia did not write this. The staff member said he csnt monitor all third party websites etc and later identified he was the manager of the hotel and couldnt be asked to do his job, so its mt fault for not knowing. He pulled us up to discuss the feedback wrote on expedia and to ensure we talk to him he blocked our key card. Cheeky... After the chat he didnt unblock the key card and let us go , to which we found he blocked it and had to find him to get it unblocked. Took 15mins waiting, talk about service.... Anyway i wouldnt go back, only good thing was good location. I dont think this was fair from the manager what they did and how we was treated, not compensation was offered as a good will gesture."

Granada Luxury Resort Okurcalar - All Inclusive

"Lobby staff were genuinely friendly a d helpful. Guest Relations in particular helped me organise a nice surprise for my wife's birthday. The food was simply amazing. I've been on a few all-inclusive holidays in my time, but I wasn't expecting the variety and quantity of food that was on offer. The kids club was also 👌 for our kids who looked forward to going in every morning after breakfast. We requested a connecting room so we had access to our kids and this was sorted without any issues including an upgrade to a sea side view. The pianist who played in the lobby every evening was great and the cafe near the lobby is the biggest I've seen in my life. The valets were excellent. First class service all the time. The porters were knowledgeable and hard working. I would recommend this hotel and would go again."

Day One Beach Resort & Spa - Adults Only

6/10 Okay

"I do not advise anyone to go there if you use hot water to shower as the water there is lukewarm. I stayed there three nights complained every day the answer was by the reception is that I am strange and shower with hot water and he argued that point. Room was very noisy at night as people like to chat outside the room. There is no sound insulation door side Otherwise the hotel is very nice. On the web site it says private pool. Make sure you ask as it it is not available when we got there"

"Chec in took a long time as money went out of my Account. Then came back to my account then went out again. Very annoying as this took a while. AC didn’t work not work. TV did not work Called staff to see to it. This took almost 40 minutes by the time they came. AC was rectified TV did NOT work so it was early to bed. I am asking the hotel for some compensation. Please note Staff Don’t speak English"

"Superb little boutique hotel with only 15 rooms. The greeting at reception from Ms Senim was really lovely and all the staff were helpful and very nice. The hotel has a truly calm and tranquil feeling. The indoor pool looks lovely for warmer weather with it's retracting roof. Location is great - a 20 mins gentle stroll into the town centre and 200m from the beach. We arrived as guests and left as friends. We will be back - thank you 🙏"
