Hotel berdekatan Alamgir Mosque

"Wonderful hotel, which is needed in a chaotic city like Varanasi. Room was modern, spotlessly clean, good air conditioning and breakfast room/restaurant was smart with great food. Varanasi is very 'full-on', so this place is a modern, relaxing haven away from the madness. I recommend this place."

" Clear room and great staff"

"Very clean and good customs service"

"The staff was warm and attentive. Helped me when I needed to go a doctor. "

"Excellent customer service from Staff and very well maintained rooms. Monu and Vivek at the front desk went above and beyond to help us with our itinerary and securing a ride. The other staff at this hotel were also super polite and ready to help whenever they saw us. Nice people and nice place. The location is also convenient with the hotel being on the main road, it was easy to get cabs, autos and rickshaws to get around. "

"Our stay was pleasant. The place is clean and well maintained, also the staff is very helpful and friendly. Will visit again."

"It's located in a very convenient and popular place. However, the second building where I stayed looks like a buffer part of staff facilities.. unkept walkway, unattended stuff including linen in the passages, etc wtc"

Upon arrival, the front desk staff refused to check me in without any valid reason, and I had to argue extensively just to secure my reservation.
