Everything was great! Our room was clean and my girls loved the bunk beds! We stayed in a lake view room and even though it wasn’t a gulf view…the views were still beautiful and relaxing. Phoenix All Suites West Hotel
Very clean and well stocked. I do recommend buying your own tp n paper towels tho, it's sand paper. Very easy check in and out. Fast response for maintenance or service, simple text.

Room was not very clean and furniture was old, stained and uncomfortable. We booked a room for 4 people. The pullout bed was very uncomfortable and the first night, they didn’t have bedding for it. No sheets or blankets.
