"A great stay at the Rotana, the staff are fantastic and amenities spot on. Our room could have done with a bit of an update, the shower seal was leaking, and bidet wasn’t fully working but other than that great value for money and breakfast was lovely, we would definitely stay again."

"The establishment did not feel like a 5* hotel. Check-in process was rather long and rooms were not all ready for the check-in time. Breakfast was very poor, very limited offering and with buffet items not being refilled. Location is okay but I felt the staff at lobby were unhelpful meanwhile housekeeping staff was excellent. More like a 3 or 4 star hotel, not 5 star"

"Unfortunately, my experience with the room was not satisfactory.
In the first room, the bed was supposed to be a double bed, but there was a noticeable gap between the two mattresses, which was uncomfortable.
I was then moved to another room, but there were no towels provided at all. I also noticed visible rust in some areas of the bathroom.
