" Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service I recently stayed at Opal with my teenage kids and had a truly delightful experience. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast the next morning — the buffet was genuinely impressive, offering a wide variety of high-quality, delicious dishes that rival those of a 5-star hotel. What stood out most was the exceptional room service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. I’d like to extend a special thank you to Usama from maintenance, who kindly helped us tune the TV and brought us water. His humility and eagerness to assist were truly appreciated. "We booked this hotel because of the free breakfast, even though there is no free parking provided. We stayed there three nights and found street parking nearby, not an issue. The free breakfast was basic but good enough, we liked it. The room is a bit old but fine by us, as air conditioning is strong enough to have a good night sleep. The hotel is very close to the city center and a free market, so we can have dinner and bought lots of fruit and cucumber at a bargain price. Overall we like it here."
