"A refresh is needed. Movenpick is one of my favourite hotels in Madinah for various reasons. My room however was run down. Cupboard and drawer doors were falling off their hinges. Temperature control in the shower was broken (unfixed even after complaining). Housekeeping didn't bother to change sheets ..."
