"Excellent team of staff in this hotel. I like to mention few names, with whom I had contact with and the professionalism, courtesy, friendliness they showed towards us. Manager Ahmed Yehia, check in staff Shiyan and Samayeta and housekeeper Shivam. These people are great asset to this hotel. Location is excellent as it is connected to mall and heaps of free undercover parking. Breakfast has great varieties and large dinning room with lots of morning light. One of the best hotels we have stayed in so far on our trip to UAE."

"Terrible - old property plus nobody interested to give service; we booked a suite and when we checked in - it was not cleaned properly. There were pieces of glass and my daughter hurt herself. There were women hair and some sanitary (used) in the bathroom. The entire corridor was gloomy; restaurants were not operational; exterior glass windows were not cleaned; breakfast quality was poor with limited options compared to a normal buffet which we get in almost every hotel; at check out no staff was even interested to support on the luggage; in summary entry to exit experience was terrible compared to the amount charged by them for one night.
