"Stunning Views, But Completely Ruined by Poor Management during checkout, Sabriye Hanım pressed us for the extra guest payment — even though we had asked multiple times for an extra bed and never received a response. Her tone was rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. She is running this beautiful place the management, particularly Sabriye Hanım, completely overshadowed it. My wife reached out to her in advance via WhatsApp to arrange a small birthday surprise — just a simple dessert and message like other hotels graciously provided. Instead, we were sent a $130 sunset dinner setup not including food. When we clarified that we only wanted a small gesture, we received no response at all. Upon arrival, rather than welcoming us, her first comment was questioning whether we booked for two or three guests. A close friend had surprised us in Turkey and joined us at check-in. We were immediately told we needed to pay $75 extra for the additional guest. We agreed, but their card machine wasn’t working. The issues didn’t stop there:     •    Wi-Fi never worked, and despite asking Sabriye Hanım multiple times, she ignored us. We had to ask a bartender for help, but it was never resolved.     •    Room issues included non-working lights, which required us to be issued a new key, and a bathroom full of ants and bugs, which we didn’t even complain about.     •    The hotel is poorly maintained considering we paid $320 per night — expensive by Turkish standards.    "

"This is a quaint lodging with a wonderful host Atalan. The room is spacious and the bed excellent. They have a lovely yard to relax in and enjoy the view. You can dine at two local restaurants in the village and enjoy gozleme and watch it being made. The restaurant staff were two lovely women who cooked for and served us. Breakfast was fantastic with Turkish coffee being extra but delicious. The view from this village is spectacular. It was my favorite stay to date due to its Turkish authenticity. "

"Lovely, relaxed adults only hotel with a really chilled feel. Facilities were great, the rooms were very nice and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed our stay there. Will need a hire car to explore as it is out of town but that’s part of its charm. Would definitely recommend "

"DO NOT BOOK! They scammed me. I booked a room for 6 nights for my honeymoon and an hour before my flight they told me they only have the room available for 3 nights. They wouldn’t have told me if I hadn’t contacted them first. I was texting back and forth with them because I had already paid for 6 nights and was about to board my flight. I told them I wanted a refund they told me they would refund me. They never refunded me any of my money. I tried contacting Expedia they said they couldn’t refund me since the hotel isn’t answering them. They ruined my honeymoon experience, I was stressing on a 10 hour flight with no hotel or driver going to a foreign country. I had book another hotel last minute. Don’t make the same mistake as me. There are better hotels in the area."
