Really Great Service 😁 friendly lady at front desk, they got us extra towels, front lady brought us bananas for breakfast, coffee 24 hours a day definitely will stay again, very clean room, waffles for breakfast with juice and yogurt.

Bedding had holes in it with permanent stains on the furniture. The walls are thin and tv channels are limited. There was no soap. However the room was clean and the indoor pool was well maintained.

This property is definitely showing its age. Having stayed here around 20 years ago, I remember what it was like as a new property. Our room was clean, but blankets had holes in them. The staff were wonderful and very attentive to every request that I made. Breakfast was very basic - they do have a waffle maker. There are several breakfast restaurants close by.

Rooms need updated and cleaned. Bedding had all kinds of holes in blankets. Curtains have holes from aging. Floors are dirty. Pool and hot tub area are nice. Front lobby and dining are nicely kept. Breakfast was just ok. Not a lot of product availability. Staff was great. Very friendly and helpful.

Staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent. Could walk to stores, marketplace, fast food all within 5 minutes. Was a very good and safe area. Some stuff was a little outdated but clean. Our room was very clean. For the price it was very nice. Will stay again.

The hallway smelled terrible on the second floor by the elevator and the saddest attempt at a continental breakfast I have ever seen. The pool was really small, but it was a good temp and fine. Hot tub was very hot, but I like mine that way. Staff was fine. Beds were fine and room was clean enough. No frills. Its a $25 dollar a night hotel masquerading as a $55 dollar a night hotel.

I was a little disappointed with Hotels.com. was trying to get a motel near Massillon. Good rates. I should have been directed more to Canton, not Akron. This Super 8 was on Massillon RD. The room was a little dirty.

Property was very close to interstate and stores for shopping. Problem with room cigarette burns in bed spread and blanket. Was supposed to be non smoking room but adjacent rooms were not non smoking and we could smell cigarettes and marijuana from our room and in hallway. Hot water took forever to get hot. The waffles in the morning were very nice .

I stay here every time im in the area. The staff here go above and beyond to make your stay perfect for you, they are very friendly and they can recommend place to eat and places to go. The hotel is clean and the place is very close to everything. You are 10 minutes from Akron Canton airport and about 15 to 20 minutes from pro football hall of fame. It is about a 40 minute drive to downtown Cleveland,Ohio. I will pick this hotel anytime im in the area. The only issue i have with the hotel is that the swimming pool is always closed they have said it will be open soon but i have been her at least 20 time over the last 12 months and i have yet to go swimming so if you are traveling with children and wanted to use the pool you might want to call and check.

The price was great and the property appeared safe. The door on our room had three locks which was nice. The pool was closed, there were cigarette burns in the bedspread, and the upstairs neighbors were loud. Our two queen beds had only two small pillows each, with no extras in the closet. The front desk employee could only provide me with one more pillow. Breakfast was very limited, with bad coffee and no drinking water.
