"The whole property is just cool. I’ve stayed twice and had two different room types. Both were gorgeous and well appointed and very quiet, especially for the suite, they have thought of everything. It’s a great parking situation. Walkable to additional high caliber, coffee shops, and other important downtown Akron stops."

"It was overall a good stay. There were some stains on the bed, but that would be the only complaint. We met a housekeeper who was brand new. She was so kind and excited to be there. The front desk staff always greeted us with smiles on their faces. Breakfast was good and each day, the workers were cleaning up and bringing out fresh items. I would definitely stay again."

"Hotel was clean but the smell in our room was horrible. I bought Lysol but it didn’t help. Asked if I could change rooms but they were fully booked. Next day asked if they could possibly change the air filter and front desk said they would send maintenance up but never did. Carpet was stained and beds were very worn and squeaky. The didn’t clean our room next day so I just asked for clean towels and housekeeper said he would bring some up also never did. Staff was nice but would not recommend."

"For the price this was a great place. The beds initially felt hard, but were actually very comfortable (I have a top end mattress at home). Room & common areas were clean. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a hotel. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only downside, we were on the 2nd floor and could hear those in the room above walking around."
