"Check in was quick and easy. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The shower was amazing! We went to the restaurant with no reservation (we were only there for one night) and although they had a huge party attending that evening, Vincent went out of his way to help us get seated quickly, make sure we got our food and continued to check on us. He went above and beyond, providing excellent customer service. The restaurant had live music, excellent quality food and drinks and was a highlight of our trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It was the best we stayed at on our 3 week trip."

"It was nice to have free coffee and smoothies available in the morning and a glass of wine and snacks in the early evening. The rooms were one of the more spacious we stayed in with plenty of amenities. It was clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Wish I had discovered this was a chain when we were booking our trip to Japan and we would have stayed in their other hotels arouns the country"

"The location was excellent for our purposes since we like to walk, we’re not with a group and the sites we were interested in seeing were close by The staff was helpful and we were pleased that the concierge was able to cancel a trip to the island because of the heavy rain. The views from our window were lovely overlooking the mountains and even the castle nearby. However , the room itself lacked the charm of other Japanese hotels we had stayed in. Also , for a hotel this size we expected that there would be a coffee shop or area where we could have a light breakfast and not only have a buffet breakfast available. We ended up walking in heavy rain to finally find a charming restaurant for a light breakfast"

"Location is great, very close to the train station and walking distance to baseball stadium and Costco. Breakfast is great. Very thoughtful with toiletries in case you forgot something. Would definitely stay there again."
