Very weak wifi signal- only worked sometimes next to the doors. Exposed electric wires in toilet. The staff barely speaks english. The pictures on expedia website are wrong. "

"I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in June. The hotel is newly built and the room was very clean. The bedroom was spacious, and the bathroom was spotless. A large TV was mounted on the wall facing the bed, and with the hotel’s high-speed internet, it was easy to connect to Netflix and YouTube. "I was a bit stuck when I arrived at Trabzon bus terminus without a hotel booking. So I was pleased to find Nuralp at half the price of the hotels around the terminus, and walkable from the terminus, if a little steep up the hill! "Room was clean and spacious. Has a view of the ocean. There is a pool with sauna downstairs. Located outside the city proper. Not a lot in the immediate vicinity. Be forewarned that the hotel does not serve any alcohol. You would have to buy from a liquor store and bring to your room. You can't drink in shared spaces like the terrace etc."
