A fantastic stay

Honestly the nicest place I've ever stayed, the staff were fantastic, the food was amazing and it was so relaxing, with a convenient bus service to get into town.

The food for dinner was exquisite. the outside of the building could use a good steam pressure wash. Onsen facilities were wonderful. happy hour refreshments were amazing taste of local area.

Higashiyama onsen is a lovely, narrow canyon on the outskirts of Aizuwakamatsu. The red and blue sightseeing buses stop within 150 yards of the hotel. The onsen baths are not too hot. The food is great. Our room was a regular one and was spacious. All in all it was a very nice place.

3種類の温泉がよかったが、とくに千年の湯は、洗い場はないものの、必ず行くべし。夕食は創作料理的な要素もあり、郷土料理もありで、満足。朝食も種類が多く、美味しかったが、9時20分には料理が片付けられるので、あまり遅く行くとだめかも。

暑い時期でも快適に過ごせます！

夏の暑い時期の滞在となりましたが、快適に過ごすことができました。 スタッフの方の声掛けもタイムリーで、シームレスに過ごす事ができました。 また、ウェルカムドリンクが遅くまで頂く事が出来き少し、得した気分となりました。 機会があれば、また行きたいと思います。

2回目の滞在です♪

とにかく食事が美味しいし、夜は食前酒に地酒が出ます。 朝食は種類も豊富なブッフェ。 15〜22時までロビーの隣のラウンジでは日本酒、梅酒、焼酎、ソフトドリンクが飲み放題です♡ ちょっとしたお菓子も置いてあります。 私達はやりませんでしたが、卓球台が一つありました。

　東山温泉を訪れるなら、間違いなくこのお宿をオススメいたします。お部屋には大型テレビが設置、浴衣も用意してあり、館内を移動できますしお食事もそのままで可能。 　徒歩３分ほどで姉妹宿の温泉にも行かれますし、無料です。ラウンジもありますし、飽きさせない工夫をなさっています。好感が持てました。 　朝食の「ずんだ餅」が美味しかったです。ビュッフェメニューも豊富です。ここにちゃんと力を注いでいるのは素晴らしい取り組みだと感じました。
