"The restaurants need to be upgraded to match the casino. Fine dining is not there at their better restaurant. In the morning for breakfast, no restaurant opens before 8 am? What’s up with that??"

"The neighbors we had during our stay wasn’t not quite, music blaring until 1230 and had to call the front desk. The next morning we decided to mention something again. After we called about our “deposit” for the room we had to put down even though it was completely payed for already, the front desk continued to say that there were no complaints at all from when our stay was. Which isn’t true I have to call log on my phone still."

"The staff were kind and helpful at a bare minimum. Our room was absolutely.... I don't know that there are words to describe the room. . I have stayed in plenty of dives and sketchy places. However, this one takes the cake! There were no working ice machines. When we entered our room, it was about 150°. The toilet had been used prior to us arriving. There were dirty handprints on the ceiling and the walls. There was no fridge. There were several spots on the walls that had been damaged. The TV...

"Beautiful setting - nice and quiet. Only problem was the bright lights on the back patio ALL NIGHT LONG!"

"No flaws during our stay. Customer service was so good and the room was beautiful and clean. We had to ask for more blankets twice (#kids) and the staff did not treat it like a burden. Room service was timely and prepared very nicely. Drinks at the bar were delicious!"

"The "street side" of the property was very loud with street noise (cars, motorcycles, etc..). My wife had a hard time sleeping until about 2:30 am. The staff were very nice and the beds were great!"
