My family’s stay here was really pleasant!! The property was very suited to our needs and was very comfortable and spacious . The kids had loads of fun in the pool while I sat poolside in the tropical gardens, relaxing on the sun lounge. Really good people managing and I felt really welcome

Great pool, nice and cool. Roomy loungeroom and kitchen with large new smart TV and large fridge. Had back lwft corner unit, so the traffic was a little loud in the morning - request a quieter one - there are plenty to chose from.

Very Pleasant.

The Villa is a large 2 bed presented perfectly. Check in and out seamless. Proximity was great and the Restaurant and Bar was a block away with a sensational menu and Chef. Not far from the main street of Airlie but a car needed as 3 km walk.

No air conditioning in the bedrooms only the living area. Toilet floor needs a really good scrub as smells like a men’s urinal. We had a 6 night stay and only had 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 dishwasher & 2 dish liquid sachets. No spray to clean the bench down. Apartment was very spacious, comfortable lounge chairs and very comfortable beds. Loved the local Curlews hanging around outside.

Spacious apartment for a family of four

Spacious and well equipt apartment, but we had the joy of listening to a party from the upstair apartment most of the first night. Also, we did find some used tissues under the bed, so the cleaning could improve.

This a beautiful property awesome pool, helpful staff. Each unit appears to be separately owned and maintained. Unfortunately, our unit was net well equipped or maintained which took away from the experience. A vehicle is a major benefit for visitors to this facility as it is a 45 minute ealk to town.

Staff were very helpful, catered to all questions and replaced light bulb in fridge very promptly, etc. Floor underneath bed could use a vacuum clean, it was dusty - not a major complaint, just worth passing on the feedback.

The property is in a great position and I would definitely return. We stayed 9 nights. Our unit does need some TLC . Toilet sister needs work. Floors need a really good clean, especially bathroom. Had to buy several things to get thru. Was scared to use frying pan as handle so wobbly, so bought one. Even a wooden spoon would have been handy. We will return, but would bring more from home next time.

This property definitely needs a good clean. The stove top, oven and rangehood were dirty. The plug holes in the kitchen sink, laundry and bathroom were flithy, as were the floor drains. The shower drain emitted an unpleasant odour. The TV remote was dirty. There was mould in the rubber around the fridge.The dryer had washing in it as did the washing machine. The sheer curtain the loungeroom was dirty and there hadnt been any vacuuming done behind the lounge cushions for a long time. Overall extremely disappointing.
