"Nice and clean bathroom, room clean but small,no closet , no space to store even only 2 carry on suitcases. Suitable for one or 2 night stay, not for longer stay. For breakfast, need to order from a paid and limited menu from the on site restaurant which offers indian fare after 11am until late evening."

"Free shuttle to and from the fall. Beautiful landscape and swimming pool. Friendly and helpful staff. I saw monkeys and birds from my patio. A small refrigerator, insect repellent, canopy mosquito nets for bed are provided in the room. There is guard at gate. Felt safe and relax. Highly recommend."

"Great stay at a beautifully landscaped and well kept boutique resort lodge. The room and bed were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the infinity pool and helpful friendly staff. We purchased the half board plan and found the food to be very good quality and beautifully presented. One small area for potential improvement is the continental breakfast options. However, the hot breakfast menu was filled with tasty items. The sunset cruise on the Zambezi River is not to be missed. My husband and I would definitely return to Insika."

"Great location and great staff. Walking distance to the Falls. Saw a baby elephant and hippos grazing on the property. Could be challenging if you just want to hang out around the property and have peace and quiet. The constant buzzing of helicopters above from the tours is ever present during the daytime hours. If you are fine with that, you should be okay."
