"Very friendly team right across all areas. Smart and stylish hotel. Great amenities with lovely outdoor pool and hot tub area. We had a fabulous room on the 27th floor with amazing views. Breakfast was delicious and good options available. Healthy and tasty, all prepared in your eyesight. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend."

"The room looked really great. We had such an amazing few of downtown from our floor. The staff were very friendly and helpful when trying to navigate things to do in the area. The bar/lounge was a nice touch to the hotel and the food was amazing. The hotel was near so many things such as other bars and restaurants that were in walking distance from the hotel. "We were in town for the Bruno Mars Concert! We got there around 4:30pm since check in was around 4pm. Our room was not ready when we got there. We had to wait about until 5:20pm until our room was ready. Which was fine, but we were rushing to get ready for the concert since we got to our room late. Once we got our room it had a very heavy smell of cigarettes. Which made it a little hard for sleeping. We tried to have the door open for a little of it to try and air it out but didn’t seem to help...

"I will never stay anywhere else after traveling to Minneapolis several times for family vacation and my son attending the U. This is a great hotel! Beautiful, and to top it off, Starbucks is attached. "

"Excellent location - very nice staff - fantastic bar. The ONLY downside is their weird bathroom set up. Why have a window in the shower that looks out to the bed? More importantly, WHY is there an automatic light in the bathroom? So when a person gets up at 2am to use the restroom, the light automatically comes on, and then the partner that is in the bed gets woken up by the light. This makes no sense. Other than this annoyance, everything else was great."
