"We reserved a family prestige 1 bedroom suite and were pleasantly surprised that it came with a powder room as well as a full master bathroom perfect for a family of four. The sofa bed in the living room was large enough for our 12 year-old and eight-year-old children to share, and the staff set it up so nicely for them to sleep in. Cannot speak highly enough of the bed, comfort, cleanliness of the room, robes for amenities, slippers, and all the toiletries that were available for use in the bathroom my son enjoyed the tub and we enjoyed the shower. The location was very convenient to the subway, convenient to breakfast places even when you were jetlagged early in the morning, and easily walkable to the latte mall for shopping and or eating. Loved looking at the beautiful lake across the street morning and night. Would love to return back to the Sofitel in Seoul again very soon! Thank you for a wonderful and pleasant and luxurious stay! "Exceptional, peaceful sanctuary with view of the lake. Very clean. Nice deco. Pristine condition. 3 min walk to emart. No eateries nearby. Roads are not v walkable as there is no pedestrain walkway. Few street lights at night. Cabs easily available with Kakao T app. The lady who checked us in was v kind, helpful and caring. Speaks very good English. Enjoyed our stay. Will come again in autumn. Take note there are no elevators but staff offered to help with our luggages."
