Hotel berdekatan Air Terjun Imosenotaki

"スタッフの方が親近感があり良かったです。お部屋も綺麗で快適でした。 お風呂は大浴場はありませんが、部屋の温泉も近くの温泉施設も無料で何回も入れて良かったです。"

"Perfect location and great customer service!!"

"Rooms were clean and staff were very kind and helpful. Beds were a bit hard for my taste but weren’t bad. Rooms are smaller than American rooms but still nice and met the necessity. Breakfast was tasty and cost 1100 yen if you chose to eat. They offer both traditional Japanese food and also western foods. Coffee was very tasty."

"This was a great stay. Very modern. Location seems far from town, but is very easy to access via local train and very convenient if you want to see the Miyajima (there is also a ferry from DT to Miyajima). Onsen is mixed gender and provides bathing suits for guests. There is outdoor and indoor bathing options. The restaurant is one of the best meals we have ever had. A very special, multi-course dinner that is included in the hotel stay."

"スタッフも、みなさん親切で大変よかったです。"

"The hotel was being remodeled and being updated while we stayed there. I am sure it will be excellent when completed. The room was a little small. we had 4 suitcases and movement around the room was difficult."

Communication might have been the issue, but staff were not that helpful and when we asked for a late check out they could only accommodate for a fee. Hotel did not deliver based against expectations based on price. Hotel was not able to accommodate us for any meals."

"Such a comfy hotel and brilliant location. This doesn't have a reception and cannot leave bags once check out "

"객실은 깨끗하지만 호텔로서는 설비가 너무 빈약함"

"My boyfriend and I stayed in a private tatami mat room with very comfortable futons. It was a good location and they let us store our luggage before and after check-in. I will say though - we had to carry our stuff up 4 floors… which wasn’t ideal. The walls are so thin you can hear everything in the hallway as well as the bordering room. So much so that we could full on hear the conversations word for word, and some people were not quiet speakers. The staff was very nice and accommodating, and...

"何回か利用していますが、今回はスリッパ、布団、食器類、バスタブ等が清潔感に少し問題ありましたので残念でした。 ３部屋があるのでゆっくり出来るのは良いけど…"

"Great staff, clean hotel. Worth staying. Near a lot of restaurants and a quick walk to the memorial area. We’d stay here again."
