"The room was clean and comfortable. I only had interaction with staff on check in/and check out but they were all very nice. The breakfast was good, I was hoping for biscuits & gravy but that wasn't one of their offerings, at least not that morning. They had a ice water dispenser in the lobby on a stand and at breakfast they had placed bags with breakfast items (like a sack lunch but with breakfast) up for grabs. "Everything is good. However, I was confused a lot while chekcing in because of mandatory velit parking. It could be much more better to have a clear sign notice at the entrance. Meanwhile, I also wonder the rule that no children from 8:00 to 10:00 pm in the swimming pool because the parent have to take care of them. Maybe it is for those adults who travel without kides?"

"Tiny room, terrible breakfast for $29, $4 for each bottled water. The sofa bed was not made when we checked in. There was one blanket and pillow for it, we called the front desk that night, and no one came to deliver any other blanket or pillow. Overall not a good experience and will not be staying there again."

"The bathroom is too small. The toilet is half way the door. The sink is like a salad bowl size. There’s barely any space for your own stuff. The hotel charges 28 dollars for something you don’t really need, such as 5-6 pm happy hour beer, etc. They don’t have anything except for a bar of soap. The most most horrible thing is the flush sound of the toilet. You can hear your next door neighbor flushing so clearly and loudly that it can wake you up in the middle of the night."

"The website states that the King bed sleeps 3! We all assumed that meant there was a pull out bed of some type. I have never seen it advertised that a King bed sleeps 3 on any other website. This is extremely misleading. They did not have a roll-a-way or any other solution for us. We had to give up our room to our family members and we ended up driving home in the middle of the night instead."

"This was a great hotel. The location was good for walking around. They offered valet parking which was convenient. There is a bar in the basement that servers coffee, drinks and breakfast for a free. The room seemed new and was clean."

When we first checked in, we found more than 10 hairs in the bed—a mixture of head and body hair—which made it appear that the sheets had not been changed.
