"It would have been great to have a restaurant serving breakfast on-site. The heat wasn’t on when my sister arrived. She was brought an electric heater. Fortunately, later the heating was restarted. The location is handy and parking was available near my sister’s room the first night. The second night, after returning from Dark Sky events, she could not find parking nearby."

"Cleanliness overall is 1-10 is 10 for me Staff is easy to communicate and solve whatever you requested Parking is a lots of spot Kitchen for complimentary breakfast is absolutely perfect for family especially if you have kids. It’s make our trip smooth and easy . Our grandchildren enjoy the swimming pool and also the buffet for breakfast is a lot i’f choices and the filipina staff are very friendly and knows how to communicate with small kids. Thank you everyone for your hardwork and keeping that hotel perfect for family"

"Comfy beds and clean rooms, shower is nice and the lounge inside has wonderful food. My only concern I had was the water pipes would pulse and sound like someone is knocking on the door. It was quite loud and speratic. Happened at 11pm and 4am every night. Loud enough to wake you up. Spoke to multiple guest who said it happens in their room as well."
