"- Delays in check in over two hours - No Towels in the room - No hot water in the room ensuite - No pillow covers x 4 pillows - Room phone is not working - Unhygienic bedrooms & Toilets - Power Cut twice in same day in all the hotel - Bad smell in restaurant & it's air condition not working in very hot weather - Facilities like pool/billiards broken cues and table & with added charge - No double beds available in all the hotel as advertised but only two single beds available - Hotel advertised...

"This is a beautiful, newly built hotel. We opted for the half-board package and found a wide variety of excellent food choices. The room itself was both spacious and very comfortable. My only critique is that the beach could be kept a bit cleaner. There are small pebbles along the shoreline, so I highly recommend bringing water shoes. If you love long beach walks, there is a great, continuous strip that lets you walk right past neighboring hotels."
