Nice hotel just outside Hamburg

Clean and nice place with nice rooms an outdoor lounge and all places at the hotel was great Breakfast was one of the best we have ever had

Good hotel with quick 30min access to Hamburg

Family rooms not facing the street would be good as the rooms have no air conditioning which was uncomfortable warm at night. So either open window and street noice in the morning or quietness and warmth.

When you arrive in the late afternoon after a 600 km drive and are welcomed by a nice screen where YOU have to fill in your personal data to check in, you don't feel like leaving a tip, eating dinner nor taking the breakfast there. Organizing for efficiency can be understood, but the customer's standpoint is important too...

Glimrende hotel med fin service, men…elendig middagsrestaurant. Bestilte fish & chips og fik en ret der intet havde med f&c at gøre. Ubestemmelig sur sød fisk. Også wiener schnitzel var ringe, tilbehør mangelfuldt og stegning efterlod kødet omgivet af en tyk ulækker coating.

Sauberes Hotel, nettes und freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück. Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes war es sehr warm draußen , leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage. Mysigt hotell i mysig by. Det var fräscht och stort familjerum. Det saknades dock air condition på rummet vilket gjorde att man var tvungen att ha fönstret öppet och det lät väldigt mycket från gatan. Bra och trevlig restaurang.
