Small room had only a bottom sheet on the bed We were hesitant to use the blanket due to cleanliness concerns. The bathroom floor was dirty, with old tile flooring. The shower had only a partially closed wall so water got all over when taking a shower. Luckily we only had one short night there.

Fui informado na saída do checkout que eu tive consumo no quarto, porem não tive, desta forma não foi cobrado, porem sai como mentiroso, onde me senti constrangido, recomendo o hotel fazer a conferencia dos itens disponíveis no quarto antes de liberar o check in para o cliente!

Hotel extremamente bem localizado, a poucos minutos do aeroporto de Brasília. A estrutura é confortável e a região conta com excelente infraestrutura, com restaurantes, supermercado, igreja, delegacia e outras conveniências bem próximas. Gostaria de destacar o atendimento excepcional do colaborador Luiz Paulo, que foi simplesmente impecável: prestativo, atencioso, resolutivo e muito humano. Profissionais assim fazem toda a diferença! Não voltaremos, nem que seja só pra dormir

O hotel está situado em um local bom, mas está em condições que não condizem com o preço da diária. O banheiro do nosso quarto super pequeno, com chuveiro elétrico e cortina de plástico com aspecto de sujo. Água escorre por fora da área molhada, torneira de plástico solta na pia. Falta porta no guarda-roupas, extremo barulho durante toda a noite. Ar condicionado faltando as aletas e muito barulhento. A porta do quarto estava com a maçaneta quase soltando. Não foi boa a noite, não conseguimos dormir direito. O estacionamento extremamente apertado, e, na saída, fiquei preso pois alguém estacionou de frente a rampa, bloqueando a saída. Fiquei 20 minutos manobrando para conseguir sair com dificuldade. No café da manhã, tenho a impressão que o café ralo é feito com água da torneira pelo gosto horrível de cloro. Não recomendamos esse hotel. Péssima experiência.

Hotel sem manutenção

Reservei pensando ser um hotel simples, mas na verdade é um hotel largado e sem manutenção. O ar condicionado do quarto em que eu estava tinha uma goteira que quase jogou água no meu notebook. Solicitei troca de quarto por conta do ar, o que foi feito rapidamente. O atendimento é muito bom, mas o hotel está muito acabado.

Ficamos só uma noite para aguardar o voo do dia seguinte. O hotel é simples, quarto com conforto e de bom tamanho, cama grande e bem confortável, mas o banheiro poderia ser melhor, faltando um box para chuveiro. Não tomamos café da manhã, devido ao voo, e assim não avaliamos.
