This was amazing hotel. Everything about it was literally magical from the location to the grounds, the fantabulous staff, the coffee, the bar, the restaurant. It was all 10/10! We loved every second we spent here!!
One of the best places I’ve stayed in the entire island. The staff were extremely friendly and the property is amazing for relaxing. The rooms are also nicely decorated and are huge!
The hotel was clean and very welcoming. The staff was super friendly and really went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We were celebrating our anniversary and when the staff found out they
What an amazing hidden gem! Peaceful, clean wonderfully set up. We had a beautiful time exploring the ground from the pool to hiking trails. The color scheme in room was perfect down to every lil detail. Amazing friendly staff would love to bring the family back.
The room was clean and cute, it was a small room but for s couple of days amd just my husband and I was perfect. The staff was incredible. Big thanks to Jonathan (check in and all around lovely guy), Christopher (bartender) answered all of my questions for the drinks and was really nice and professional, awesome cocktail offerings and finally our girl Yashira (server and bartender) she was a sweetheart. All in all everyone there was superwelcoming and just great service. The only note I have is that the rooms need a dehumidifier since there is no ventilation in the bathroom and when we showered the whole room would stay humid. Other than that beautiful property deep in nature. Loved it great birthday get away.
This property exceeded our expectations, there was a beautiful nature trail, the view was amazing, we wished we had more time here. We are hoping to come back in November when they have all the amenities back.
THIS IS A PARADISE EXELENT PLACE TO RELAX VERY CLEAN SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF THIS IS MY SECOND TIME WE GOT THE VILLA THIS TIME IT IS SO CONFORT WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED SOOO HAPPY I WILL GO AGAIN SOON
Service was good since we arrived. Room.was clean and comfortable. Area around the rooms is still under construction and only vending machines as food option. I would visit the hotel again in the future. Location and views were beautiful.
We loved it here. The room was so cute and clean. It was self check in which i was a little worried about but we had no issues. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
I loved the large rooms, the balcony the landscaping. I do wish that the hotel staff were a little more flexible with checkout especially since there were no other guests booked for our room afterwards .

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Jungle like mountain natures, very nice sidewalk to the pool area, birds chirping everywhere, our original room in building B (next to renovating site) was little bid noisy (right next to local road ) and little bit challenging to get around to, property representative Ana and Daniel was very kind and accommodating and get us room in building A with resonable extra fee, great experience overall
El Oasis is a charming property that was overall captivating. If you like plantation style houses and enchanting trails, this may very well be the place for you. There were plenty of birds in the trees and small hummingbirds fluttering around. During our stay the facilities were being updated, so we did not get to enjoy their pool or recreation center. However, we were so captivated by the place that we plan on visiting again when everything is done.

Liked: Property conditions & facilities
Disliked: Amenities
The view was beautiful as was the landscaping. We unfortunately did not get to enjoy any of the amenities as we were in the area for a funeral. We didn’t have any interaction with any staff members as it very much looked like a ghost town, which I attribute to the time of year. The room had an off putting odor. We had to spray it several times with our own air freshener. And the room we were assigned was very small. The bed took up most of the room which left very little room to walk around. This is not the type of establishment I would normally choose to stay at but it served its purpose when needed. If you are looking for a resort type of vacation then this will meet your needs and even exceed your expectations but if you’re looking for an authentic island experience filled with adventure and cultural exploration this is not where you want to stay.
