"The Hotel is busy. The location is near to most places and is safe and secured. Check in was good but the room did not have fresh linen as it was not replaced. The door needs fixing and the lights had to be replaced. The air conditioning was not cooling. Apart from one or two members of staff and the manager who appeared helpful at breakfast the rest of the staff appeared bored and non challant. "I lunch a complaint to your customer care but no one response to that. the hotel claim they didn’t receive payment from Expedia. they also claim they are not working with Expedia anymore. I end up paying another payment to them in cash. "
