Having just spent a week with my daughter at this amazing hotel, we cannot praise it enough. Everything was perfect. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne and a room upgrade, and the rest of the stay followed suit. Couldn’t fault the facilities and everything was immaculately clean. Really well located in Crete and great front of house staff that were happy to help and provide suggestions. A week of luxury and couldn’t recommend enough! Hoping to return again some day - thank you!

Excellent place to live very caring and professional staff When we left 5 am they packed breakfast for us It’s touched me. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Food was excellent. Very beautiful and cozy resort with olive trees and gardens all around. My family loved it. The private beach was clean and beautifully well kept. I can see their high standards. Would recommend to my friends and family.

Lovely spot on the coast

Beautiful setting! Services, accommodation, hotel facilities were first rate. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Complimentary champagne on arrival was also very nice touch. Room rate included half board, in the form of a voucher at check-in. The buffet dinner and breakfast were only okay, but regular restaurant meals were very good. Small beach area and pool were very nice, permitting lovely views of the sea and coastline.

Hallo, der Service am Frühstück war unangebracht, unfreundliche Bedienung, hatten keine Lust neue Teller zu bringen, und Getränke, warme oder kalte Getränke kamen nach ca 5-8 Minuten. Dann fehlte besteck oder sie vergassen Löffel zum warmen Getränke. Hatten nur ein kleines Handtuch für 2 Personen auf dem Zimmer und es gab auch keine 2 Pools sondern nur 1 Pool, d.h der andere war ein Dekorationspool. Die Getränke waren auch viel zu teuer, Wasser für 9,--Euro und alkoholische teilweise bis zu 13,-- Euro. -das Hotel verdient eigentlich nur 3 - 4 Sterne . Für 5 Sterne, hatten es einen miserablen und sehr unaufmerksamen Servie. Wollte auch nicht mehr am Frühstückstisch neu aufdecken, man sollte sich dann der vollen Sonne aussetzen, weil dort bereits aufgedeckt war z. b. für 2 Personen. Das ist viel zu teuer für ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Solch einen Preis, was ich jetzt bezahlte, habe ich noch nie für ein super fünf sterne super-Hotel bezahlt. Ich wäre ihnen dankbar, wenn Sie mir einen Teilbetrag zurückerstatten würden, weil es wirklich unangemessen teuer ist, und es höchstens 4 Sterne verdient hat dieses St. N icolas Bay REsort.

Amazing☺️

From start to finish, this hotel is amazing. We came to this hotel for our final stop on our honeymoon We found out our ferry was delayed so we called to let the staff know we would be checking in very late at night. Nikos arranged for the staff to provide us with dinner when we arrived, even thought the restaurants were closed. Nikos was amazing and extremely generous to us. The entire staff made us feel at home. If we come back to Crete, we will definitely be staying here. We recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to just relax at a resort.

Sixth stay and even better

This was our sixth visit to St Nicholas Bay which says it all. We are treated so well by the manager and all the staff. The rooms and facilities are excellent and we always leave feeling fully relaxed and planning our next visit.

Beautiful views from some rooms and suites.

Fantastic views. Slight disappointment how we were treated by Nikos, front desk manager. We asked for another room as the first one oferred did not match the description. Nikos helped us and finally the third room on the next day after arrival was resembling what we had booked. Unfortunately Nikos showed his irritation and suggested that the last room we decided to stay in was his special gift for us. Then he ignored us through out the rest of our stay and turned his eyes away whenever met. It was clearly unacceptable way of behaviour of the hotel employee of this level. Apart from this not very nice experience everything else was fine.

Belle situation

Un site superbe avec plage privée, ce qui est très utile dans cette zone très touristique. Un petit déjeuner très bien. Bien aussi pour la chambre. La réduction de 40% rend le rapport qualité/prix acceptable.

Emplacement et aménagements extérieurs magnifiques

Nous avons passé une semaine dans un endroit avec une magnifique vue, avec aménagements très soignés. Le petit déjeuner et le dîner se prennent dans des endroits différents, en plein air, splendide. À relever, pas de "course effrénée à la réservation des transats", la clientèle correspond à cet endroit plein de charme. Petite plage de sable, mais suffisamment de place aux alentours sur des terrasses aménagées dans les "cailloux". Pour une famille avec enfants, n'est pas forcément l'endroit le plus adapté. Service de plage attentionné et très disponible. Chaises longues avec matelas et linges de bain plus qu'en suffisance. Chambre très bien équipée, excellente literie, installations sanitaires sans défaut. Petit déjeuner très copieux, cuisine soignée avec accent sur les produits locaux. Les prix des boissons sont en conséquences, analogues à ceux pratiquées p.ex.en Suisse. La ville d'Agios Nikolaos est atteignable par taxi en environ 5 bonnes minutes, mais rien de particulier à y découvrir.

Hotel de qualité

Séjour très agréable de 7 jours. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est un incontournable car le chois est impressionnant. Le lieu du peti est très bien. Service impeccable et très efficace. Ça vaut le détour. Plage et piscine très sympas! Complexe hôtelier de qualité ! Les restos sont bons, avec une préférence pour le resto grec pour ses plats mais surtout pour sa vue. Le bémol est vraiment l'éloignement avec la ville car sur 7 jours on aime voir autre chose! Je recommande vivement l'hôtel.
