"The reception staff were great. We were able to leave our bags before the check in opened at 4pm with the neighbouring building reception. The room had everything you need to self cater. Although a little way from the centre it was a lovely walk along the river and public transport was excellent to the property."

"Overall, our stay was okay, but there are a few things we feel could be communicated more clearly in the listing. The space would be more accurately described as a studio rather than an apartment.
Access is also important to understand, particularly if arriving by car. The map location directs you to the exterior of the building complex, but the actual studio is located within an interior pedestrian-only area that cannot be reached by car. "Bastante mal comunicado.
Está en la dirección pero detrás del edificio, no se puede acceder en coche
Si vas en silla de ruedas o maletas hay una rampa de 50m para poder llegar, o unos 60 escalones.
El aire acondicionado gotea con lo que acaba mojando el sofa-cama, cuidado!
Calidad precio desafasado (quizás por la fecha)"

"The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The check-in process through Whatsapp was smooth. The storage lockers (even the large ones) are very tiny if you are traveling with a family (I had the family room), and a second locker was not allowed."
