"Wonderful one night stay in good location. The guy on reception couldn’t have been more helpful, gave us a complimentary drink (non alcoholic) and then showed us to our room. "Beautiful hotel, staff are so friendly and helpful. Facilities great, hotel feel is laid back and luxurious but not fussy. Very clean and beautifully kept grounds. Location is great 30 minute walk to beautiful little town Panormo which has plenty restaurants, bars and a few shops. 30 minute drive into the city of Rethymno. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed base to explore Crete, we stayed for 1 week and felt we could have easily stayed another few days. "

"We had a delightful stay. Location was perfect, on a quiet side street close to the main pedestrian shopping street. Staff were great. Room clean and spacious. Check in and check out were efficient. It’s a boutique hotel and we stayed in their adjoining unit, which was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was good and Charlotte made eggs from scratch. The only downside is it didn’t start until 8:30. We are early risers but we adjusted. I definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Das Hotel Alianthos Beach ist ideal gelegen. Über die Straße kommt man direkt zum Strand. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist abwechslungsreich und lecker. Das Essen im Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr lecker und man sitzt sehr schön unter den Bäumen mit Blick aufs Meer. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: Wir wurden zuerst in einem Zimmer zur Seite ohne Meerblick untergebracht, obwohl wir Meerblick gebucht hatten. Am nächsten Tag konnten wir in ein Zimmer mit sehr schönem Ausblick umziehen. "
