Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about their hotel and restaurant. We highly suggest staying for a few days to a longer visit based on their service, high standards, and central location. "

"House was spotless, cosy and warm. The owner thought of little things you may forget to bring with you, condiments, cleaning stuff ect. The house location is perfect, half way between Keem beach and Achill sound where you enter on to the Island. We had such a nice time there and hope to return next summer when the weather is better. "We arrived at Renvyle House Hotel and were met by three receptionists who were super friendly and helpful. They arranged for someone to carry our cases to our rooms. Our rooms were very comfortable and had lovely views of the sea. Dinner and breakfast were brilliant with fresh fruit and breads made on the premises. "The room was great! Much bigger than what we anticipated. A bit on the warm side but we opened the window and let it air for a bit to cool down. I think they sell themselves short on their "light bites". We had a lovely lunch in the hotel on the day of arrival. A very tasty celeriac soup and salmon sandwich. Everyone was catered for, kids and people with allergens alike. The same goes for breakfast, plenty to choose from and lovely staff. I'm sure we'll be back again. "

"The Ashville Guesthouse is a charming property just on the outskirts of Westport. The room was spacious, clean and quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was freshly prepared with something for every taste. The full Irish breakfast was excellent. Hilary and Oliver are exceptional hosts and make their guests feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this B&B and will book again if my travels take me back to the area."

"The accommodation is both a bar/restaurant and a b&b and sits next to the eastern pier about 400 metres from the ferry drop off. Despite my room being right above the bar - which was happy and full of chat - it was perfectly quiet in the evening. I had a great full Irish breakfast the next morning. Service was pleasant and friendly. Great!"
