It was a cool experience. I wouldn't stay here for more than a couple of days. I wish the patio was open to see Godzilla. I probably wouldn't stay here again. It was always very busy. Room was clean. Bed felt great and not too firm like other beds in Japan. It was just a very small room but cozy enough especially if you’re going to be out majority of the day. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

It was my first time visiting Tokyo and the Keio Plaza hotel made it an easy transition. I appreciate the staff’s professionalism and overall hospitality. I also really enjoyed having the opportunity to view the light show on the government building from my hotel room.
