"Breakfast was more delicious than I expected.
The service was excellent, the staff were kind, friendly, responsive, and very helpful.
We did experience an issue with the shower in our room, but the team handled it thoughtfully and compensated us in a way that truly made us feel well taken care of. Although some of the facilities may feel a bit unconventional, this is completely understandable given the desert setting.
Overall, the food was fresh and the service was consistently very good....

"The hotel had excellent service and was beautiful. The views of the desert were amazing with the luxury of a hotel. The entire resort team was welcoming, and the service was wonderful. The dining experience was also delicious, pleasantly served, and planned with very typical Moroccan menu. Amazing desert experience!"

"Room was spacious and really comfortable. The ambience, roof garden and panoramic views were beautiful beyond words.
Breakfast was full of variety and local recipes to tempt us. It was a really special treat. All the staff were warm, helpful and went above and beyond for us"
