"If you are traveling to Chicago I found this to be an excellent place. I stayed there two time and found it a very nice place, with free parking, and complimentary breakfast. Highly recommended if you are looking for a budget stay. "

"Karmina was so super helpful! She was my first point of contact there and answered all my questions. I will credit her for making our stay extra special! Our room was spacious, extra clean and a great view. We hope to get a view facing East next time. There is also plenty to do in the area, we felt it was centrally located. We are definitely coming back!"

"The staff was very courteous. The room was clean. The breakfast was what I expected from a hotel complimentary buffet. We were in room 314 which was close to the elevator, and we we heard that noise during the night. The bed was also so soft, it was so sunken, and very low to the ground. But overall stay was very good."

"Everything was great bar was amazing they give you free drink from 5/7pm the pool is clean the room they are spacious but they do have some rooms with marks on the wall and things they have no problem with changing your rooms it’s a beautiful hotel very friendly people there I give it a 8/10"

"The greeting staff was excellent, but there were technical issues with the entrance door. We had to go in to the room through another entrance from the building and I have issues walking and it was not good. Also, my room was on the 3 rd floor and the elevator was out of order! 🫣☹️😬"

"The receptionist had only one person with three people waiting along with the person who was helping. I took a long time. I got charged late check out when I left way before the checkout time and I wasn’t Ass what time I wanna to check out The art made the Back small I don’t like the thing in the room and it looks like they have arts not properly on the wall, which made me concerned if it’s gonna fall on me being in the bed It was over the bed"
