"Coffee was old and not hot. The room dishes were lacking, no dish soap, and room was medium clean. Kinda old too. Not the best RI I have stayed in."

"I like the modern design of this hotel. Rooms were clean. Flooring in our room did have stains and carpet as well but everything else was ok. Not pristine but good enough. Elevator is painstakingly slow from the mezzanine but if you’re not in a rush it’s ok. Area is nice and lots of places within walking distance."

"We arrived after check-in time was given a key but told our room would not be ready for 30 minutes. Our room was not ready for over an hour and a half, the manager, Kevin was extremely rude. We ended up, leaving due to not being able to check into our room timely manner and the cleanliness. We were denied a refund"

"Booked for 4 nights. There were multiple issues with the room. The main door was missing the jam side latch and it would cause the door to stick so you would have to either give it a shoulder or a foot to get open. The bathroom door hinge was really loose and you had to lift the door to close it. The A/C rattled and smelled like a musty basement. The light above microwave was inoperable. The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall, which there were multiple spots the paint was gone...

"We stayed here for an overnight and it was conveniently located to where we needed to be. The staff was great and informative upon check-in. This is a good budget option."

"Everything about the property was great except the courtyard around the pool was really dirty Monday morning (empty beer cans, dog poop, cigarette butts). Maybe providing a garbage can in the area would help the issue. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay."

"Cons The property looked much better in the photos than in person. This seems like it's a hotel/motel. There was no phone inside of the room. Pros Neutral location and not to far from Denver. The room was small, but it was very clean. The staff was really helpful and friendly."
