We did get a comp coffee from the shop but a small miss from this high end property. Still would come back as the price is right for four of us and 2 rooms , 3 baths for $215. Great deal. "

"Such a nice place! The staff was so kind. There was an employee going in between the bar and the restaurant, and I had to wait at most 10 minutes which I did not mind at all! But the employee gave me my Starbucks for free to apologize for the wait. How sweet and kind. Totally recommend staying here, very clean and SUCH friendly staff. One of the best places I’ve stayed at in Colorado! "

"The staff was super friendly and amazing! However, I was disappointed with cleanliness of the bathroom. Upon arrival, there was a used bar of soap sitting on top of the toilet shelving and the bottom of the toilet seat was dirty. After housekeeping came by, the toilet was still dirty and the bar of soap was still there. I only had bathroom mat towels available for body towels. The hotel had also run out of body wash. "

"Unless you want to go the Indy 500 on a Saturday night, dont stay here. The street racing on the highway started at 10pm and lasted through 1 am! Car noises were outrageous. Then the toliet from the floor above would not stop running. Then at 2am the toliet in our bathroom started running. I haven't slept in 2 days. When I booked on Expedia, it did not say the pool was closed. It said it on the hotels website. They accomadeted with passes to a rec center. Just a horrible stay."

"Everything about this place was excellent from staff to great clean rooms with comfortable beds, great parking, great breakfast. However, we booked this for a place that has a pool since we had kids. If you don’t use the pool then this is an excellent hotel. The pool was freezing and the floors were treacherously slick. Luckily no one including the adults who couldn’t step without their feet coming out from underneath them had any accidents. We had a child lose their footing on the entrance...
