"The weather was very hot and our air conditioner wasn't turning on when we went to bed. Staff tried to fix at 1am. We slept with sliding door open, hot room, noisy, street traffic. Not a good nights sleep at all, and still charged full price. I won't stay there again. The other times before it was fine."

"Staff was nice when we arrived. We kept having to go back to the office to re magnetize our key, which was suoer annoying. The first night the guy was very nice, the second night the guy was rude about it. Room was spacious and nice! Perfect spot to relax after the parks. We wish the pools were open later in the evenings. "

"Room was fairly spacious and well kept. Plenty of hot water. If there was wifi, we werent offered it. Return the room key or pay 5.69, which seems reasonable. I would likely stay again."

"Got to our room, everything looked good and clean. Then I noticed we didnt have a microwave or towels. Left for the evening but I had let the front desk know and they took care of it. The next day we left early in the morning by 0730. Was expecting our room to be clean with new towels when we returned but it wasnt. So we reused the towels we had which were only 2 that they provided us for a family of 4. The next day we had to ask for more towels and they gave us another 2 and stated thats all...

"Very sketchy hotel in a very sketchy neighborhood. My teenager and I didn’t feel safe and I was worried about my car being parked there for both nights. There were homeless walking freely around the property and staff was pretty much nonexistent. The office stayed locked the entire time we were there and I only spoke with a staff member at an outside check-in window on the first night. I tried to call the office a few times with questions and never got an answer. The hotel room walls were paper...

"Would be better if there were a designated smoking area. neighbors & long-term stayers smoking in front of the rooms, and all the smell of smoke & weed/pot was coming into our room. Housekeeping has not once cleaned our room or changed sheets/towels throughout our stay. Expect a $100 deposit in CASH upon checking in The good thing is close to theme parks & shops. "
