The area is amazing. Some of the staff (i.e. Luz) were amazing and other seems to just walk through the motions. Overall, the place is great but it is a bit dated. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Thoroughly enjoyed.

Our “Villa” was not clean, dead bugs on floors, toilet ring, needs a good deep cleaning. Staff pleasant , surrounding area is beautiful in the mountains. Sunday breakfast was buffet, and not very good. Monday breakfast made to order and good

Areas verdes amplias y bien cuidadas. Escacez de empleados en el restaurante para el desayuno pero el que había fueron muy atentos e hicieron su mejor esfuerzo. Las habitaciones necesitan un poco mas de mantenimiento, mejor limpieza , las losas del baño algunas rotas y otros detalles.

Ese lugar está cerrado , por que lo vendieron y está en remodelación, y lo que están ofreciendo es un lugar al lado que no son las mismas villas, llamé para cancelar y expedía no quiso cancelar la reservación y perdí mi dinero $385.00 , no vuelvo ni aconsejo a nadie que reserve por expedia no sirven .

I like the staff, the sound of the birds and nature of life, is so quite and cozy staying away from the suburban. I think they need to improve of building recreation area for kids because the one they have are so old tha any kid can’t get heard also I tink the welcome building need some paint
