"Check in quick and efficient; room tidy, clean and comfortable; breakfast was disappointing "

"Room was clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was limited, and support staff had no energy or positive attitude for a service industry standard. Toaster was slow and old, tables were not cleaned in-between sittings, and items were limited and selections seemed like the cheapest possible selections from purchasing. Exterior of hotel is close to major highway and construction - therefore making it loud in the front facing rooms."

"My trip was cancelled due to a family emergency back in February. I informed the staff approximately 24 hours in advance in hopes of receiving some form of refund or accommodation. Unfortunately, they were not understanding of the situation and declined to offer any refund, which was disappointing given the circumstances. I expected a greater level of empathy from such a large corporation."

"The only issues I had when I called before our arrival to make sure our room had a microwave and fridge, I was told it also had a dishwasher. We were in room 4409 and no dishwasher. The place is nice and clean, pool was great we will be back."

"Barrie Ontario is a snow town, and that's fine, but when you have a hotel in this town and you get alot of snow, then you should remove it...this hotel had massive snow piles that took up a 1/4 of their parking, their wasn't enough room for paying customers to park, they had to park in neighbouring companies and hope they didn't get a ticket."
