Quaint little rooms set back off the main road, but still close enough to everything. The heated pool and spa is fantastic, the warm 25 degree water made an autumn swim a must. Comfy beds, fridge, mini bar, tea/coffee facilities, microwave. Our 2nd time here and we'll be back again.

The room was nice and the location very convenient, but we booked this motel because it had a pool and the pool was out of service (and looked like it had been for a while) and we saw no evidence that anyone was sorting it out.

The motel is clean, amazing location, and comfy. it is older, the gardens are a little overgrown and the pool area looks like someone's backyard pool area, but I would come back. It's charming and fits the Hahndorf them. 3.5 stars is my score.

Comfortable accommodation in centre of town but also very quiet for a good night's rest. Everything is available on the doorstep. Safe parking, not chargeable. My only negative comment was that carpet in room looked tired and was stained as were the chairs.

Well located and was very convenient. Parking easy with sufficient parks located within easy walking distance. Late check-in was awesome and made it very simple. Bathroom dated and needed a little bit of repair, and bed was on the harder side (not my preference). But overall suited my needs

We have stayed and enjoyed this place before mostly because of the heated pool option and convenience of location. Especially with a young child. However on this occasion the reception advised us that the owner told them to turn the heating off on the pool heating. We went there specifically to enjoy the heated pool and spa for an overnight stay. We were unable to use either and our child was extremely upset as any child would be looking forward to this staycation. We could have just stayed home and gone to a local aquatic centre for much less. Very disappointed. Heating was turned on in the morning, the spa and pool was still cold in the morning. We will give this place a second chance only if they return to operating their pool and spa as heated.
