"Dirty. Elevators didn’t work nearly half the time. Stairs didn’t reach all the way down to floor one so we couldn’t take the stairs either. "Nous sommes arrivées a 1h du matin. L'office de réception nous attendait. La chambre est grande, spacieuse, propre et calme. Nous avons bien dormis apres une bonne douche bien chaude. Le mini frigo fait un peu de bruit ainsi que le chauffage/climatiseur. On regrettera juste le manque d'une petite bouteille d'eau a notre arrivée. Je valide et recommande."

"Nice property, but a couple of things that could help, calling and talking to someone is sometimes impossible, i left a jacket on a Sonesta airport shuttle , just getting a reply to a email seemed a monumental task, with no reply if they could or could not find it. The description of where the shuttles pick people up could be much better, even a simple picture of a typical location would help."

"I enjoyed the stay, and I've stayed here many times over the years, way back when it was a Radisson. Excellent location. Very well-maintained. A block from Expisition Park and across the street from one of the main USC entrances. If your kids do summer camp at USC like mines, that's typically the entrance where the campers meet on Figueroa. Also, lots of eateries nearby and LA Live is 10 mins. away. "

"This is my second time staying at the Pasadena Hotel and Pool. I love the rooms and property using the pool both times. Ooh La La Cafe is a great start to a morning across the street.
