"The first room that was assigned to us was terrible; small, looked like a basement although it was on 3rd floor, had only ugly white lighting! Luckily the staff listened to our complaints and changed it immediately to a normal room. The staff was kind and polite. Our room was clean. Breakfast had a rich menu. However, there was no complimentary water bottles (we were told that the hotel ran out of water). They were being sold though."

"Everything was fantastic, the beds are so comfortable, rooms and hotel very clean and the most friendliest staff. There was a very minor toilet issue but was handled immediately while we were eating breakfast. We will definitely stay there again. Breakfast by the way was delicious!"

"The property is in a great location. Near shopping and restaurants. The staff is friendly and the room was clean and relatively quiet. The refrigerator made an annoying buzzing sound. Maintenance looked at it but after they left, every morning it would wake us up at 6 or 7 in the morning. Lastly the pool wasn’t operational until the last day of our stay. That was truly disappointing as we chose this particular hotel because it had a pool. I feel like establishments should let visitors know in case they want to change their reservation. Anyway overall a pleasant place to stay."
