"Absolutely LOVED our stay here! The staff was very friendly, our room was great and had a really chic old money vibe. The view from the balcony was GORGEOUS!!! There was also a pool which was great for relaxing and taking a slow day. A note for those staying, the walk up to the hotel is a pretty brutal uphill climb, so keep that in mind. "This was a lucky and incredible find!! Summer in Lake Como is very busy and I was lucky to find this beautiful hotel. The location, Tremezzo is perfect. "liked nearly everything though took one star off for only having one very small, slow lift. I do realize though it isn't easy to install modern larger lifts in a historic building I also took 1 star off for a lack of sunshades in the pool area - there wasn't very much shade from trees and with temperatures up to the mid thirties there were only 2 sunshades!"
